Our artisans are trained to work with gold wire in its finest form using pliers: a unique savoir-faire that comes from an ancestral jewelry tradition.

Each artisan has his or her own story and we value courage above all, which is why everyone who wishes to learn this art is welcome, whatever his or her past, whatever his or her experience.

Your jewelry is a result of this very savoir-faire and human touch. It is designed to last over time and to be passed on from generation to generation. This is why the quality and the use of noble and resistant metals give each piece of jewelry a lasting dimension in addition to its symbolism.

As part of the fight against the illegal exploitation and trafficking of gold and precious stones, the implementation of a supply chain traceability system has become an obligation for importing companies, and we are actively responding to this as best we can. However, it is difficult to claim 100% transparent traceability.

Atelier Paulin is concerned about the origin of all of our raw materials and we’re working very hard to source partners for whom the respect of people and the environment is essential.

Our spools of 18-carat gold wire come from a state organization certified by the Responsible Jewelry Council.

The 14-carat gold-filled wire we use is an alloy that comes from recycled gold. We have placed our trust in this partner for 2 reasons: 1. its history in the market which gives it credibility and 2.  its practices which tend to reduce environmental damage while increasing the well-being of the communities with which it interacts.

No plastic!

We have designed our cases with care. Our packaging is made of FSC-certified brown Kraft. Conscious of the use of boxes, the size of our cases is proportionate to the size of our jewelry. Most of the time, we protect our jewelry in cotton bags that you can reuse at your leisure! The factories that supply us with packaging are in Italy, which allows us to reduce our carbon footprint. Finally, the printing of our beautiful logo is done with solvent-free ink, which is more environmentally friendly.

Atelier Paulin is proud to defend (RED)'s fight against AIDS and has created a collection of bracelets with powerful words: empoweRED, inspiRED, incREDible, of which 30% of the profits go to the Global Fund.

(RED) is an association founded in 2006 to engage companies and individuals. Founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver, (RED) collaborates with leading brands and creates products or experiences with them, a portion of the profits of which are donated to Global Fund programs to support HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment in sub-Saharan Africa.

Girl power! At Atelier Paulin, there is no such thing as a gender pay gap. The workforce is 99% female! From students to executives to artisans, freelancers, entrepreneurs, mothers, whether experienced or not, single or divorced... the women of Atelier Paulin are a true reflection of our society. At Atelier Paulin it's Liberté, Egalité, Sororité!

The elements described above are only a partial list. We see environmental and social engagement as a never-ending process, filled with opportunities to make the future better.

It is a group effort in which we can all participate in together and benefit from our actions.

Our commitment to you, and most importantly, to our children, is to never give up on this effort and to encourage others to do the same.
